Our favourite berries to juice are:
Strawberries 🍓
Blueberries 🫐
Blackberries
Raspberries
Any wild berry we can find! I used huckleberries and black capped raspberries in this reel.
Cherries are also an excellent choice!
If you don’t have access to fresh berries, frozen berries are just as good! Berries and their nutrient profiles are not damaged by freezing.
In my juice today I used:
1/2 pineapple
4 cups wild nettle
1 cups wild berries
Yum!

1/2 lemon
1-2 inches Ginger.
