Zero Carb Crispy Chicken High Protein Mozzarella Sticks 🔥🤤🙌
What you need:
1 chicken breast
1 egg
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
3 mozzarella sticks
Italian seasonings
How to make them:
1. Blend your chicken, egg, Parmesan and seasonings.
2. Form it around the mozzarella sticks. Air fry @ 400F for 10-12 mins. Take them out, serve with marinara sauce and enjoy!
Pro tip: Coat them with an extra layer of Parmesan before air frying 👍
Crispy In-N-Out Taquitos 🍔🌮🙌
What you need:
3-4 small low carb tortillas
8 oz ground beef
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 tbsp mustard
Salt & pepper
White onions, sliced
1 tbsp oil
How to make them:
1. Cook your ground beef with the mustard, salt & pepper. Set aside & carmelize your onions with oil or butter.
2. Add to a low carb tortillas with a half slice of cheddar and homemade spread (recipe below).
3. Roll them tightly, brush with oil or butter & air fry @ 400F for 8-12 mins. Take them out, serve with more spread and enjoy!
To make the spread just mix 4 tbsp mayo (or Greek yogurt for better macros) with 2 tbsp SF ketchup & 1 tbsp dill relish 👍
