Feeling good about the start to the new year! It was such a joy working with to help this lovely couple find their forever home. We love being able to give back to our veterans 💙 And man, did they score! They got a beautiful home in a coveted area of Georgetown, with a large, peaceful backyard, and lots of deer friends to have coffee with in the morning. I could not be happier for them 🥲

Also had the honor of helping an investor client with a quick turnaround on his investment property in Jarrell. It hasn’t been the easiest market to sell in, but there are definitely buyers out there ready to take advantage of the opportunity this market brings them. 3 weeks, 1 showing, SOLD. I’ll take it! And he was happy too 🤩
