A University of Kansas grad, Bill began his career in tech sales and marketing, working with companies at the forefront of online tools for the real estate industry before making the move to Austin in 2001. By 2004, he joined John Teinert and Chris Pellegrino at Austin Fine Properties, and has been a part of the team ever since!

Over the past two decades, Bill has grown alongside Austin’s evolving real estate market, building a grounded, real-world perspective across everything from condos and single-family homes to Hill Country acreage and waterfront properties. Known for his thoughtful approach, he helps buyers, sellers, and investors make confident, informed decisions every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Bill is dedicated to supporting Austin’s parks, pet rescue initiatives, and the inclusive community that has connected him with so many friends and clients!
