We hear this story all of the time and understand how frustrating it can be to be told you need costly treatments and toners to achieve your desired look when you’re already deep into your service… And on top of that you are asked to leave a gratuity for the entire amount which is higher than you anticipated in the first place.

We think this is an outdated (and dishonest) process which is why we offer gratuity-free, time based sessions where we account for what your needs are and include and treatments or toners required to give you the hair of your dreams.
