You didn’t stop because you couldn’t. You stopped because you were afraid of what it would cost you tomorrow. 😔
⠀
It starts small. You skip the bottom shelf. You take the long way around so you don’t have to bend. You stop picking her up — just in case.
⠀
Nobody else notices. But you keep a quiet list of everything you’ve let go of. 📝
⠀
Here’s the part almost no one tells you: avoidance was supposed to protect you. Instead, the less you move, the more fragile you feel — and the world keeps shrinking to the chair you trust and the route you know.
⠀
But what if your body was never fragile to begin with? 💡
⠀
What if the problem isn’t that you’re breaking down — it’s that you’re out of position? Position isn’t a life sentence. Position can be corrected. Movement was never the threat. The wrong position is.
⠀
If any of this sounds familiar, comment ALIGN below and let’s talk. 🙌 We read every one.
⠀
Sciatica gets blamed on two things: a herniated disc, or spinal stenosis. 🧠
⠀
But here’s what rarely gets said out loud. In a study of 200 people with zero back pain, 35% had a herniated disc at the base of the spine — and felt nothing. If the disc alone caused the pain, every one of them would be hurting. They weren’t.
⠀
So the disc isn’t the cause. It’s a finding on a scan. ⚡
⠀
What’s actually different about the person in pain is the position their body is being held in. With a herniation, your posture changes how hard that disc presses on the nerve. With stenosis, your posture is either opening up the space the nerve passes through — or closing it down. Same disc. Same narrowing. Different position, different pain.
⠀
That’s the piece the scan can’t show you. An MRI captures the condition of your spine in one frozen moment. It doesn’t capture the position you live in all day — and position is what’s actually driving the pressure on that nerve. 🔍
⠀
This is why “just live with it” was never the answer. You don’t have to manage a structure someone told you is broken. You have to change what’s loading it.
⠀
If you’ve got sciatica and you’re tired of being handed your MRI like a life sentence — comment ROOT and let’s talk about what’s actually driving yours. 💬
⠀
You know your body better than any scan does. 🩻
Most of the time you walk into an office, what you think is going on gets treated like background noise. The test matters. Your experience doesn’t. You get solved around — not with.
We work the other way. 👂 You’ve lived in your body longer than anyone, felt every twinge and compensation for years. That’s not noise to us — it’s the most important information in the room.
If you’ve been looking for someone who actually knows how to get you out of pain — and wants to know what you think is going on — DM us the word LISTEN. Tell us what’s happening. We want to hear it. 💬
She’d been in a five-car accident. Whiplash. Four injured discs in her neck. Pain in her stomach, her low back, her shoulder.
⠀
She tried physical therapy. Chiropractic. Massage. Each one helped a little, for a little while. Then the pain came back. Every time. 🔄
⠀
Four sessions in with Theresa, she’s already noticing real changes. Better mobility. Less pain in her neck and low back. Way fewer headaches. She’s even making better progress in her chiropractic sessions since starting with us.
⠀
Here’s the part we love about this one: she and Theresa have never met in person. Not once. This entire thing has happened over Zoom. 💻
⠀
What she told us was, “I’m so glad I found you.”
⠀
We don’t chase symptoms. We look at the position of the body, find where it’s actually out of alignment, and correct that. It doesn’t matter if we’re in the same room or a thousand miles apart.

If any part of her story sounds familiar, comment ALIGN below and let’s talk about what’s driving yours.
