Effective Searching Techniques in My Oracle Support
The My Oracle Support - Portal Documentation article has a section that provides tips for finding relevant Knowledge, Documentation, Community Content and for locating specific Service Requests (SRs).
* From the home page search bar, enter in four or more keywords - include things such as exact error messages, product/service names, versions and clear symptoms
* Results will be shown in source categories: Knowledge, Documentation , Cloud Customer Connect Community and My Oracle Support Community
* In each category, the top 3 matches are shown, click "View more" to display up to 50 results
* Use filters to refine your results: Filter by product or service OR Change Search Language (to select your preferred language)

Finding My Oracle Support Documents on the New Cloud MOS Portal
As you search for knowledge resources in the new My Oracle Support portal, keep these points in mind:
* MOS Document IDs have been converted to the new portal Article IDs
* In many cases, the previous Document ID links should automatically redirect to the corresponding new Article ID. Tip: for some of the previous MOS Doc IDs, try using this following URL (without the .1 or .2 that was appended to the Doc ID): https://social.ora.cl/6189B6p8X9
* Many of the MOS documents were automatically migrated, but more complex had to be migrated manually or may still be transitioning to the new portal

EBS 12.2 Certified with Database Release Update 19.30 – All Platforms (Jan 2026)
We previously announced the release of the January 2026 updates to the E-Business Suite (EBS) Technology Codelevel Checker (ETCC) – Part II. The latest January 2026 updates for ETCC includes the certification of Oracle Database Release Update (DBRU) 19.30(19.30.0.0.260120-Jan2026) for all platforms (UNIX and Windows) with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 on-premises. https://social.ora.cl/6183B612AJ
