Last on our current veggie lineup is our crispy purple (red) cabbage. We still don’t get who decided to name it red cabbage 🤔. Either way, we keep it simple when seasoning our cabbage: salt and bacon grease. They are the perfect flavor affinities to match the crispy texture our cabbage gets coming off the griddle.

“Would you like to try some bacon?” If you’ve passed by our booth you’ve most likely heard these magical words. Our bacon is dry cured with our own spice blend and smoked with oak wood. We add our bacon to most of our products and also sell it by the half-pound for you to prepare at home. It’s very aromatic and we’ve heard from multiple sources that it’s the best bacon they’ve ever tried 😉. If you haven’t tried our bacon be sure to stop by the Lakeline or Mueller Farmers’ Markets this weekend!
