Join us on Saturday, August 5th at 8:30am for the Splash & Dash at Life Time Arboretum!
Great prizes and post-race refreshments!
Whether you are a beginner or an experience triathlete, this event is a great way to challenge yourself or to get a great brick workout done!
The event is a 750-meter swim, followed by a 2-mile run. You will do one lap swim around the lake, and a 3-lap run around the lake.

Dallas area ladies! Come ride with the Tough Cookies on Sunday morning. We’ll start in the parking lot behind Dallas Bike Works (4875 W Lawther Dr) and ride to Klyde Warren Park to meet up with others! Wheels down at 9:30 am — approx 25 miles round trip (break at Klyde Warren Park) at 13-14 avg mph pace. Questions? [email protected]
