Hey Ria Johnston
✨ Teaching the mindset, skills & strategies to monetize your passions online!
YALL THIS IS SO MUCH HARDER THAN IT LOOKS 😭😅😂
Meet Kyle Johnston 🫶
Jessi Jean said talking on camera while walking is hard. Doing that in public… WAY harder. But public embarrassment when it’s the two of us makes it easier 😅
“Should I start a new IG account or keep my existing one?” Here’s my answer…
That depends, but keep reading to find out which one matches you.
LET’S FIND OUT…
Did you use your original IG account to sell a product or service?
(Even if it’s something you no longer offer).
If the answer is “No, I never sold anything to my audience,”
Then I’d lean towards keeping the account, because there will be people who follow you and are invested in you, not just the topic you were talking about.
That said, if your ideas for your new content are completely irrelevant to your old audience, maybe consider starting fresh.
If your answer was “Yes, I did sell products or services to my audience.” My follow-up question is: Do you have a new product or service that you plan on selling, and is this a product or service you can sell to your current audience?
If you created a new product or service that you can sell to your existing audience, keep your old account 100%.
If the new offer or content you plan on posting about is not relevant to the audience on your current account, create a new account.
IF YOU START A NEW ACCOUNT…
ALWAYS let your current audience know where they can find you if you create a new account. You never know who is invested in YOU and not just the topics you talk about.
