A heartfelt thank you to Fannie Farm Friends - Fannie's Farm Friends for bringing the joy of the farm to our Summer Enrichment Program!
Our families had such a wonderful time meeting, learning about, and interacting with the animals. Experiences like these spark curiosity, create lasting memories, and make summer learning even more meaningful.
Thank you for sharing your time, care, and love for animals with our community. We are so grateful you helped make this day so special! đ„đ°đ

Strong bodies build confident learnersâone movement at a time.
Fine motor skills begin as babies learn to grasp toys, pick up finger foods, and feed themselves. As they grow, these skills develop through holding crayons, drawing, cutting, and eventually writing with pencils and other tools.
Gross motor skills grow through big body movements like crawling, walking, running, climbing, jumping, balancing, and playing outdoors. These activities strengthen muscles, coordination, and body awareness.
Together, fine and gross motor skills are essential building blocks for future success. They support independence, self-care, handwriting, attention, classroom participation, and academic learning.
The best part? Children develop these skills naturally through active play, exploration, and everyday experiences. So get outside, encourage movement, provide opportunities for creative play, and celebrate every milestone along the way!

Living intentionally can be exhausting, but itâs also a testament to our powerâindividually and collectively.
This week, all Jeremiah Program campuses, including Austin, are pressing pause for Self-Care Week.
We believe caring for others begins with caring for ourselves. Rest isnât a reward for finishing everything on the listâitâs part of how we sustain the work, the mission, and the people we serve.
As our teams take this time to rest, reflect, and recharge, weâre reminded that intentional living includes creating space to breathe.
Weâll be back soon, restored and ready to continue walking alongside the incredible mothers and families we serve.

Weâre honored to be part of the Holistic Student Support Initiative highlighted in the Trellis Foundationâs 2024 Annual Report.
The lessons learned through this investment affirm what we witness every day at Jeremiah Program Austin: student success is about more than earning a degree. Itâs about having access to financial stability, meaningful relationships, mentorship, and a community that believes in your potential.
For the moms in our program, higher education is often pursued while balancing work, parenting, and countless other responsibilities. When students feel seen, supported, and connected, theyâre more likely to persist and achieve their goals. And when a mother succeeds, the impact extends to her children, family, and future generations.
Weâre deeply grateful to Trellis Foundation for investing in community-based organizations and championing flexible, holistic approaches that meet students where they are. Their commitment helps create pathways for first-generation students, working students, and families to thrive from enrollment through completion.
Thank you, Trellis Foundation, for your partnership and your belief in the power of education to transform lives.
