If you’re looking for one of those “Oh my gosh I can’t feel my butt anymore” workouts, this is the one for you.

Warmup: 10 min sprint
1️⃣ BB Hip Thrusts: 15 reps, 4 sets.
Superset: 30 secs banded side steps.
2️⃣Smith Machine Split Squat: 15 reps each leg, 3 sets.
3️⃣RDLs: 12 reps, 3 sets.
Superset: 25 reps Banded Bridges
4️⃣Smith Machine Hip Thrusts:
30 secs, 4 sets (30 sec break between sets)
