Stopped by the soft launch for IVORA Hydration & Wellness today and got me a SHOT… B-12 shot that is. Being a therapist, I talk a lot about caring for our mental health, but our minds and bodies are deeply connected. Sometimes supporting your well-being looks like therapy, mindfulness, rest… and sometimes it looks like giving your body the nutrients it needs to feel energized and balanced.
