We're proud to endorse Supreme Court Justice Brett Busby for reelection in Nov 2020! Justice Busby has demonstrated a respect for the Constitution and understands judges say what the law is, not what they would like it to be. As a seventh-generation Texan and third-generation eagle scout, Justice Busby is determined to give everyone a respectful hearing and impartially decide the arguments based on the law and the record. The Supreme Court of Texas is the court of last resort for civil appeals, and all the business community desires is a fair hearing. We are confident Justice Busby will continue to deliver on that pledge.
