Dear Neighbors of Davenport Ranch Neighborhood Association (DRNA),

Mark your calendars for January 22, 2020 for the first neighborhood association meeting of 2020. Check in begins at 6:30 pm at Austin Country Club, main board room, and the guest speakers will begin at 7:00 pm.

Special guest speakers from TXDOT and the City of Austin will discuss the Loop 360 Project. We are attaching their PowerPoint presentation, FAQs, and meeting notes from the Davenport Traffic Committee’s last meeting with TXDOT and the City of Austin. Also, the Austin Police Department District Representative, Commander Tim Pruitt, will be present to explain the APD’s role in serving our neighborhood and to answer your questions.

We invite you to review the attached material and consider questions and concerns you may like to discuss in advance of the meeting. In order to better educate our speakers on what your questions and concerns are, we encourage you to email those in advance to [email protected] by January 14, 2020. We will collect the information and summarize those issues and concerns for our speakers so that they will have a better opportunity to address them at our meeting.
