Over the years, my brand has shifted and evolved in a lot of ways.

I started online when I was 22 years old, not knowing myself at all—and magnetizing an audience of 600,000 people on Instagram and 225,000 on YouTube just by being and sharing myself.

As I grew as human, a creator, an entrepreneur, woman—I matured, expanded, and evolved my desires and therefore, my brand.

My first big pivot was moving away from the fitness industry and into the business space.

I started infusing other topics and themes into my work: spirituality, consciousness, identity, relating authentically, power, and money into my work.

For a long time, typical branding and niching advice didn’t apply to me.

I was never supposed to be one thing, but I didn’t fully grasp how to strategically weave the multidimensional nature of how I felt called to show up into my brand.

But instead of hiding or trying to fit myself into a box, I became the box. The template. The portal.

It wasn’t until I realized what MY core brand identity was that I realized every single one of us has the capacity to carve out our own unique lanes as brands, simply by understanding and being in full ownership of Who We Are.

It’s not a concept—this is a system.

This pressure that was on me to do the right thing as a business owner, a wife, a friend, a “public figure” and for myself was indescribably immense.

I needed to continue showing up and running my business—not just to survive the year, but because it’s not just a job, it’s my life’s work and calling.

So I slowed and honored my nervous system, first.
I handled things with my clients, team, and responsibilities.
I decided to share what I could, when I could.
I chose to continue running business as usual, but found a safe public persona to wear.
I trusted. I prayed. I processed.
I sought information, perspective, and clarity.
I trusted the process I’d developed in the previous years to explore my motivations and biases.
I decided who I wanted to be—which is a critical thinker, truth seeker, and woman of integrity.
I leaned on support from incredible humans who held me in ways words can’t capture—thank you, you know who you are.
I transmuted pain through creative self-expression.

There’s more to say. But the most important lesson was in self trust and sovereignty.

Knowing where you stand, why, why you stand there, and how to keep standing—even when others project or throw difficult energy at you—is a non negotiable skill for leaders moving forward.
