Here is a comparison of a Indexed account (which is the foundation of any savings portfolio I start for a new client) compared to a Variable- Stocks based account. Both are great plans if created properly, with their respectable strengths. But the major benefit and main reason I start every new client with a Indexed account is because of the safety feature “floor” that protects the account owner from never losing any funds during a market correction.📉

The Foundation and most Important building block to helping someone excel Financially is with a Cash Accumulating Life Insurance Policy. There’s many forms these come in, here is a simple explanation of the 3 most common. Whole Life, Indexed UL and Term Life.

Death Benefit is the Insurance Amount the beneficiary receives when the Insured passes away.

Premium is the amount payed by the owner of the Policy to keep the Policy active.

Cash Accumulation represents the funds in the policy being set aside into into a savings like account which is earning positive interest gains and equity for the owner of the Policy.

As you can see the Indexed UL outperforms the other Policy’s while maintaining a fixed level Premium amount.
