This week’s menu offered by Lydia’s Catering service

1. Green fish masala: Tuna fish cooked with tandoori masala, lime juice and garnished with cilantro. May be used as a filling for wraps since it is a dry preparation. High in protein. Medium spicy.

2. Brussel Sprouts : Cooked indian style with fried onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, bay leaf and herbs. A dry dish.

3. Dal: Red lentils cooked in a bengali style. A soupy and mild dish. Whole garam masala is used in cooking this dal. Goes well with white rice.

All items are 10 ozs and will be served with complimentary 2 rotis (hand rolled indian bread) and rice.

2. Punjabi Tinda : Apple gourd is a small round squash vegetable common in North India. Cooked in a onion tomato curry base, ginger, garlic, bay leaf and garam masala.

3. Rajma: Red kidney beans cooked indian style with onion tomato base and typical indian spices and herbs. Goes well with rice
