Man, 22 weeks out. I really can’t believe I’m actually doing a bodybuilding show. It really hasn’t hit me yet that this is the biggest regional show of the year as well.
I know the competition is going to be tough but all I can worry about is what I can control and that’s how conditioned I come in and how well I hit these poses .
The size, muscle density and muscle maturity will come with years so im not really worried about that.
All in all im excited.
