Expertise in recruiting: Each of our executive consultants has a minimum of two years in the recruiting industry and an average of nearly 15 years of experience. Nearly half are Certified Personnel Consultants (CPC), as designated by the National Association of Personnel Services.

Specialization: Many members of NIRA have an area of concentration. This provides clients access to specialized pools of highly qualified candidates in almost any insurance discipline.
