Okay, Grad, I need you to hear this today. So many new graduates spend their entire job search trying to make themselves smaller and dumb down their resume. Accept low offers. Staying quiet in interviews because they do not want to seem like too much. But you were not built to fit into a box that was never designed for you. You were built to find the opportunity that actually sees your value and pays you accordingly. Stop shrinking. Start owning everything you bring to the table. Drop a πŸ’› in the comments if this hit different today. and share this with a new grad who needs to hear this right now. They deserve to see this.

Grad let me say this as clearly as possible ,you are allowed to negotiate your salary. Many new graduates accept the first number they are offered because nobody has told them they can ask for more. But that first offer is rarely the best offer and every dollar you leave on the table today is money you are not getting back. You worked four years for that degree. You bring real skills and real value to that role. Go get what you deserve. πŸ’°
