The FRIENDS Club will be CHANGING LOCATIONS upon completing our February Schedule
Even with owner financing, the down payment on a $2.5 MILLION building has shown to be substantial enough to elude us.
In short, our attempts to "purchase outright" were not realized in the time allowed, and the building has been sold to another party.
~ For those interested, the building is scheduled to be gutted and converted into a warehouse.
We are taking EVERYTHING and building out a NEW LOCATION!
The FRIENDS Club is NOT "Closed and Gone"
