Yin, Nidra & Suhour with Laila & Noor!
Take some time this Saturday and practice the art of slowing down and stilling the mind with Laila Farouk and Noor Ibrahim!
During Laila's Yin class we will be safely targeting our deeper tissues as we ask our muscles to completely relax while gently holding floor-based poses for 3-5 minutes in order to modestly, within limits, stimulate the deeper tissues in the body.
Followed by Noor's Nidra practice "Yogic Sleep" which will guide our attention inwards allowing us to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium bringing us closer to stillness and reflection.
