Drop-2 Inversions on the Upper Strings
Drop-2 voicings on the higher string sets are particularly useful for chord-melody guitar.
Because the melody sits on the top string, these shapes allow you to harmonize a melodic line while keeping the chord structure intact underneath.
In this lesson, you’ll construct drop-2 voicings on the upper strings.
