🧠❤️‍🩹Mental health matters, and strong communities play an important role in helping people feel supported, understood, and connected. This , we recognize the volunteers, nonprofits, and advocates who are building awareness, providing support, and helping connect Texans with the resources they need to heal and thrive.

Volunteering can take many forms, from supporting crisis services and mentoring youth to checking in on neighbors and creating spaces where people feel seen and valued. Every act of service helps strengthen the networks of care that make healthier Texas communities possible.

Service can also support your own mental well-being. Volunteering builds relationships, creates purpose, and reminds us that we are not alone. By sharing our lived experiences, learning from one another, and building strong community connections, we can challenge stigma and create spaces where empathy and healing can grow.
