Piper Picklesworth joined her forever home today! We are so happy for this tiny little girl and her new parents!

Meet Sir Winston, our very own little Lamb Chop. He literally hops around like a tiny lamb, discovering the world for what may be the very first time.

When Winston came to New Hope, it was clear life has been unkind to him. He was found wearing a surgical cone that was so tight he had to be treated for infected sores around his neck. His nails were severely overgrown, and his fur was soiled and matted.

And yet, Winston's spirit remains absolutely beautiful. The shy, shut-down little dog who shook so badly his kennel door rattled at the vet is slowly blossoming into a happy, curious pup. Every day brings something new—another brave step, another toy discovered, and another tail wag.

Having other dogs around seems to give him confidence, so we believe he would thrive in a home with another friendly, confident dog who can continue teaching him that the world isn't so scary after all. Winston also loves his cat friends. He loves toys and has the cutest little bark that he uses to invite his dog friends to play. He enjoys pets and kisses and happily gives kisses in return.

Winston doesn't have a mean bone in his body. He truly is like a baby learning how to be a dog and discovering that life can be safe, fun, and full of love.

Every day he becomes a little braver, a little more playful, and a little more confident. The best part about Sir Winston is watching him bloom.
