How many months, years, or tears would’ve been saved if we had honored that feeling, that voice where we knew in the beginning and we didn’t listen.
Trust your body, trust your intuition, trust yourself when you know something just not quite right.
Also, when you know, you know, and when something is a full on yes you just make it happen, and let everybody else’s voice soften.

Don’t ya think? 💥
Not only will they be upset with you for it, but they’ll generally blame you for it, and it even gets juicier when they create an entire false narrative and infuse that into the community or spread it to create a lens for other others to see you through.
When I was younger, this was just entirely gut me out of shock. But don’t let it catch you off guard, people who do you really wrong, will almost always blame you for it.

Now I’ve been staring at the word towel for 5 minutes and it doesn’t even look like a word anymore 🤣😅. Checking in today with all my folks disassociating 😆😭. Stay focused on what you love, and remember to breathe, stay with it. Just a reminder, sometimes moving our bodies and getting out of our heads and our thoughts is the most healing practice available.
