Spring Equinox/Ostara is my favorite holiday in the ancient traditions of celebrating the Wheel of the Year.

Every part of me feels “online” and excited for new beginnings, emerging from the shadowy cocoon of winter into the LIGHT of Spring.

Today was such a special ceremony, being the last day of the Zodiac year and day between the last Full Moon of the Zodiac year and Equinox tomorrow.

Truly an incredible opportunity to shed the last layers of shadows from winter and the past 12 months that are not meant to travel with us into a fresh new cycle with the next zodiac year and Spring season ahead.

I’m feeling electric with gratitude, yet so humbled and tender hearted at the beauty I witnessed in each one of these beautiful souls.

It takes great courage to show up in these ceremonies and do our deepest inner healing work as we’re being witnessed by (sometimes) strangers.

But we all leave the ceremony as Medicine Family, held by our bonds of love Kambôcita shared with us.

May you all have the most blessed, fertile, abundant, and joyful Equinox & Ostara!

I continue to wake up every morning feeling my ancient ancestral cousins of the jungle plants & animals still very much ALIVE inside of me.

A common theme in my medicine journeys was connecting with Gaian consciousness.

Becoming Mother Nature herself…

Experiencing the omni-present umbilical connecting to all of Creation.

And then I remember these beautiful words from poet Sophie Strand that encapsulates my experience perfectly…
