Our wounds from each lived experience and challenge faced throughout our lives are unique to us, and may be seen as our weaknesses. However our wounds shape us, helping us to grow through moments of darkness into the person we stand as today. An experience which wounds us is an opportunity for learning and evolution, if we had no wounds we would never have the inner strength and knowledge that forms us into being a person with lived experience, able to share knowledge that we have gained which all came from those wounds we endured.
