We’re keeping it chill—think daytime high tea vibes with pastries, sandwiches, teas (of course!) and low-ABV drinks. No stuffy networking, just good conversations, new connections, and a relaxed space to meet like-minded folks.

Join us next Thursday evening for an educational tasting event with Mezcal Amaras. At 6:00 PM, we will host an After Work Social Hour for those that are interested in meeting and chatting with fellow attendees before the tasting.

At 7:00 PM, enjoy a guided tasting led by as she shares the story of mezcalera Diana Orozco Cruz and the process behind five different expressions produced across three different states—an excellent opportunity to sample and experience the diversity of mezcal.

They are dedicated to keeping Austin’s live music scene vibrant, contributing their distinct swing style through high-energy performances and community-driven events.

Agave Behind the Bar: Palenque to Pour is a laid-back, bartender-focused session hosted by Switchboard owner and Creador Agave Spirits Brand Educator, Leslie Nava, where we’ll dig into the world of agave spirits through open conversation, tasting, and shared experiences behind the stick.

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a space for bartenders and service industry professionals to learn, ask questions, and talk shop about everything from traditional mezcal production to how to build a smarter agave section on your backbar.

Whether you’ve been pouring mezcal for years or just starting to get into it, this is your chance to learn, taste, and swap ideas with your peers or fellow mezcal nerds.
