We are hiring!

Are you or someone you know hoping to make a lasting difference in the lives of others? We are looking to add both full and part-time team members to our Life Development Team. Various shifts are available for morning, afternoon, evening and weekends.

Innovation360 serves individuals in need of wrap-around mental health support. Our clients have varying challenges that make it difficult for them to initiate or maintain progress toward their treatment goals. In collaboration with therapists, Life Development team members help clients actualize the goals of their treatment by practicing new ways of thinking and behaving in their world.

Activities are incredibly varied, both in timing and content. A Life Development session can look like grocery shopping, going to yoga for the first time, attending a recovery meeting, or coordinating a move to a new apartment. The activities on Life Development sessions are productive but, more importantly, serve as a backdrop for the intangible benefits clients receive from their relationship and connection with Life Development team members.

The Life Development team is made up of individuals who have a personal commitment to their own mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual well being and want to support fostering that in others. Many team members are seeking education or employment in the helping field and others may have experienced long-term recovery from challenges in their own lives.

Life Development team members are required to utilize their personal vehicle on sessions and a good driving record is required.
