Shadow work leads to the realization that the parts of us that we judge or feel conflicted about are actually trying to SERVE us in some way.
Shadow work is facing and accepting the hidden, rejected parts of ourselves so we can feel whole inside.
So that stuff you “just can’t accept” about yourself are the exact things that you get to love and have compassion for.
This will end the noise and inner war. It creates inner unity (and unity with the Divine), which is the wholeness you crave.
It creates the peace that passes all understanding that guards your heart and mind, no matter what happens or who is attempting to wage war.
