It’s true, I was the sweet potato
Most women are unknowingly choosing comfort over themselves every single day
One craving away from going off plan, one hard emotion away from the drive through, one social situation away from abandoning everything they said they wanted.
Constantly choosing the moment over the vision then wondering why nothing ever changes.
You cannot build the body or the life you want from a place of constantly abandoning yourself when things get uncomfortable.
Your body knows when you’re not showing up for it. Even when your mouth keeps saying “I’ll start Monday.” That’s why no amount of motivation is fixing it for some women. It’s so much deeper than finding the right diet or the perfect workout plan it’s about finally deciding that YOU are worth the temporary discomfort.
Most women don’t need another fresh start they need to stop choosing comfort over themselves.
More self trust, standards, devotion to the woman they’re becoming. More honesty about what’s actually not working.
I lost 100 lbs naturally because I finally decided I was no longer willing to keep abandoning myself just because it felt easier in the moment.
Your life is either reinforcing your standards or eroding them every single day.

FOR MY CHRONIC “LAZY GIRLS”, here’s three habits I’d implement to melt fat off my body:
(But first comment FORM to get my more in-depth guide)
+ CHOOSE THE EASIEST HEALTHY OPTION
If you think I’m slaving away in the kitchen to lose weight you’d be mistaken. I eat simple, balanced platters and bowls filled with just whole foods that take me 5-15 mins of prep, taste delicous and leave me satisfied for hours. I repeat meals all the time so I don’t even have to think about it. In fact, eating less, more simple food is EASIER than eating a ton of crap all day anyways.
+ MOVING YOUR BODY IS BETTER THAN NO MOVEMENT AT ALL
idc if you do it in your PJs. Find an equipment-free workout video on YouTube. A sitting arm workout. A walk outside in your crocs. Do it in your bed head. The version of you moving their body beats the version of you who stayed on the couch every single time no matter how messy or un-aesthetic it is.
+ DECIDE IT CAN BE EASY
Whatever you tell yourself will be true. I stopped telling myself this journey had to be hard. If you tell yourself it’s gonna be a battle it will be. If you tell yourself it can be simple, it can be. Your body will always follow the story you’re telling yourself.
Change your lens, change your life. My FormHer weight loss guide is packed with everything you need to make today your last day 1.

Here are the narratives I used to entertain that kept me stuck for a decade:
1. “I’m trying.”
No, I was thinking about trying. I was scrolling through motivation videos, making new “plans,” and romanticizing the idea of change but not ACTUALLY following through for more than a week or so. There’s a BIG difference between wanting it and showing up for it
2. “I just need to find the right plan.”
No, I needed to stop repeating the same habits tied to my old identity. I wasn’t failing the plan, I was being loyal to the version of me who quit every Monday and blamed food, circumstance, and whatever else instead of my own patterns.
3. “I’ll start when I feel ready.”
I told myself this one for YEARSSS. But the truth is, I was never going to feel ready. There is literally never gonna be a right time. I was waiting for confidence to show up before taking action, when in reality confidence only comes from taking action. Ready is a DECISION, not a feeling.
The harsh truth is I was keeping myself stuck my entire life with good intentions and zero self-honesty and accountability.
When I finally stopped hiding behind “trying” and got brutally honest with myself, everything changed because I stopped lying to myself about who I was being.
If you’re stuck in the same loop, I created FormHer: the weight loss guide I wish I had when I started.

here are four things that ACTUALLY moved the needle after a decade of obesity and failed weight loss attempts.
(Comment FORM for my in-depth guide.)
the soft one: stopping the self-bullying wasn’t enough. I had to reinforce discipline with something that felt good to be in. discipline was a set of rules I kept breaking. devotion was a standard I actually wanted to live up to. that shift alone changed everything.
the teeny one: I also stopped waiting until I could do it perfectly and started doing it in ways that were almost embarrassingly small. ten minute walks. clean meals that tasted good. I stopped breaking promises to myself, and eventually my body started to trust me again.
the woo-woo one: I was running entirely on masculine energy. hustle, control, white-knuckling everything. the second I stopped abandoning myself to manage everyone else, something in my body relaxed. that’s not a coincidence!
and the one nobody wants to hear: I had to let the old identity go completely. the “I’m just not someone who follows through” story. the chronic day-one-er. you cannot build a new body on top of an old story about who you are.
Diet should be last on your priority list until you can get these things in place.
I took everything that actually worked and built the guide I wish I had when I started that’ll help you with just that.
