Helping women come home to themselves during perimenopause. Root-cause fatigue support through stewardship, not self-abandonment.

3:07 am.
Wide awake.
Again.
Not because the alarm went off.
Not because anyone needed you.
Just… awake.
If you're a woman in your 40s or 50s, this may be one of the most familiar and most misunderstood parts of midlife.
Most of us treat it like a sleep problem.
Melatonin.
Magnesium.
A new bedtime routine.
And still, 3 am.
Here's what I want you to sit with: the wake-up might not be the problem. It might be the clue.
Your body runs on a daily cortisol rhythm, meant to be high in the morning and low overnight so you can stay asleep.
Under long stretches of stress, that rhythm can shift, even reverse, lifting cortisol in the early-morning hours when it should still be settling you.
So that 3 am wake-up isn't random. It's information.
In my newest piece, I walk through what your body may be trying to tell you, and why the better question isn't "How do I make this stop?" but "What is my body trying to communicate?"
And if this is you, I'd love to have you join me for the Root Cause Snapshot Live Session on July 8 — a small, virtual live session where we start naming the patterns underneath the fatigue, the brain fog, the crashes.
Not to diagnose.
Not to hand out another supplement list.
To finally understand.
Struggling with persistent fatigue? I help midlife women overcome that nagging exhaustion. Come chat with me at my booth this Saturday, June 13th, at the Santa Rita Ranch Health Expo in Liberty Hill. We'll have perimenopause bingo and fun conversation cards!

Let's spend a Saturday morning on YOU for a change.
I'm honored to be part of the very first Santa Rita Ranch Health & Wellness Expo: a whole morning dedicated to your health, your community, and your life.
Live music, giveaways, raffles, samples, and a lineup of local wellness folks all in one place.
Bring the kids.
Bring the friend who's been running on empty and insisting she's fine.
Stop by my booth and let's talk about what your fatigue, your sleep, and that afternoon crash might actually be trying to tell you, no pressure, just an honest conversation.
