After a 30-year career with the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office, Chad brings decades of real-world operational and instructional experience to every course he leads. Throughout his law enforcement career, he served in patrol, SWAT, maritime operations, and as a security driver for public officials, while also spending more than a decade leading driver training programs. At VDI, Chad helps transform decades of operational experience into practical, hands-on training that prepares students for the realities they'll face in the field. Today, he combines that experience with VDI's proven methodology to develop and deliver world-class vehicle-centric training for professionals across the globe.
