The 82,000 SF industrial asset on 11.59 acres was acquired well below replacement cost in the extremely tight industrial market of Lansing and features 29 foot interior clear heights in its fully sprinkled warehouse, 10 dock positions and one drive in door. Range Light is already underway executing our value add plan including LED lighting upgrades, facade improvements, fresh paint, landscaping and pavement upgrades.

The flexible layout of this formerly owner-occupied building allows our leasing team to offer multiple sizes from 20K SF to full building catering to the tightest part of the leasing market, small and medium bay spaces under 100k SF.
