LUNAR FARMS

Good morning everyone! Wanted to give you an update on Lunar Farms. Currently we are about 50% planted and have more to plant in the weeks to come. With that being said, we start all our flowers from seeds/bulbs. So inherently this process pushes back our opening to mid June. We will have beef steak tomato plants available in the next week and I will be posting and selling on facebook to anyone interested. More to come on that. We also are continuing our dedication to sales from our produce baskets will be 100% donated to local food pantries. We will also be donating produce to these organizations as well. The weather over the last few weeks has definitely put a halt on some seeds going into the ground. Young tender roots of flowers and leaves dont like these cool nights and frost. So we are still excited for the season and will continue to post updated and pics. Have a great day!

We put the finishing touches on the compost bins today and I love the rustic feel they have. They blend in with all of our other buildings. Seedings are doing great and have so many more to plant. Have a great week everyone!

Green house has been completed today and tonight seedlings will be started. Super excited for this season to begin. Our business will be blooming this season.

Good Morning ☀️ and Happy St. Patrick’s Day ☘️ In honor of St. Patrick’s day wanted to give a small preview of a flower we plan on having this year in the garden. The green envy zinnia is new for us so we are excited to watch it grow and see it’s beauty upclose. It’s subtle green color will make a wonderful addition to the many flower arrangements we plan on making this year. 😊
