Omega 3s are essential to healthy brain function including maintaining the structure and function of brain cells as well as supporting learning and memory. They help the brain to form and maintain new connections by promoting neuroplasticity, or the brain's ability to adapt and change. DHA is associated with improved cognitive performance including focus, attention, and memory. Omega 3s, particularly EPA, play a role in mood regulation and have anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Pumpkin seeds are one of those foods I often recommend you have in your snack basket. They are rich in magnesium which can help with calming the nervous system leading to improved mood and better sleep. Definitely a great treat for those who might be feeling a bit stressed.
