Hello there! Brastock LLC is preparing our lawncare clientele and calendar for the coming season. Naturally, as always, we will be providing our usual cut, trim, and blowing that you’re accustomed to. We are reaching out to inform you that this year we will be updating our operating procedures to better serve our clients and organize our operation.

Firstly, starting in 2025 and continuing in the following years, each account will placed on a yearly renewable contract, whereby Brastock will provide the basic weekly lawncare. This weekly schedule is clearly based on weather, and in the event of continued dry weather we will adopt an “as needed” schedule. Our clients’ satisfaction is important to us, and by implementing contracts we can give proper priority to our loyal customers.

Pricing for our basic lawncare (cut, trim, and blow);
-1/4 acre- $60
-1/2 acre- $80
-3/4- acre- $100
-1 or more acres- negotiable dependent on mowing area, obstacles, etc.

Secondly, we are launching a total lawn-care package in addition to our regular cutting services. This package will include seasonal turf building treatment & w**d management program. These programs are optional of course but allow us to guarantee more picturesque looking lawns for years to come. These prices reflect the cost to buy fertilizer and provide the 1st treatment and spot treatments with remaining fertilizer. These will occur in spring, summer, and the fall as your lawn’s needs change with the seasons.

Pricing for turf management;
-1/4 acre- $90
-1/2 acre- $180
-3/4 acre- $270
-1 or more acres- negotiable dependent on treatable area, obstacles, etc.

Pricing for w**d management;
-1/4 acre- $25
-1/2 acre- $50
-3/4 acre- $75
-1 or more acres- negotiable dependent on density of w**d infestations, obstacles, etc.

Finally, we will continue to offer all other negotiable, "by the job" services such as spring clean-up, gutter cleaning, mulching, hard-scaping, pressure washing, tree/shrub trimming, planting, and fall clean-up/leaf control. These services will each carry their own estimates, work orders, and contracts so as to provide a more comprehensive distinction between lawncare and the other services we provide.

We will be giving out contracts for review and approvals as confirmations are received.
