Tailored Hope

The postpartum period has always been pretty hard for me. I struggled with postpartum anxiety and depression after both Lylah and Collins. But I’ve learned to advocate more for myself as I’ve gotten older & I have already started on medicine to help me in this postpartum period. Heck, maybe longer than just the “postpartum period.” Because it really is making a huge difference! And I’m so grateful.

There’s no shame in taking medicine for your mental health. You matter enough to get help. You matter, period.

Tomorrow marks 5 years since we lost my little brother, Harper, to su***de.
