I don’t know how to possibly encapsulate this moment in words. I’m still in shock over how beautiful this day was and all the thought and hard work put into every detail. THANK YOU to the most creative fiancé 😏 for planning this moment in my favorite spot in the world. From shopping at Home Goods for decorations to building and painting the arch to everything in between, your thoughtfulness blows me away!! Also, a huge thank you to every person who helped him create this dream proposal!

It’s been so fun to see this love story grow from Ben falling hard to dating to now engaged and planning an epic wedding in Maine! So thankful for friends like you and for putting up with the INSANE wind and cold on this day while smiling and laughing at cute dogs through it all 💛

Last fall I met this fella outside of church while I was shooting 📸. I thought he was overly friendly and didn’t understand how he could have so much joy and energy for an early morning service 😅. Each time I saw him, I learned a little more about him. I saw him greeting every person he saw, asking people questions about their lives & making people feel cared for and loved. After our first real conversation, I was hooked.

I had no idea what was in store when I was standing on the sidewalk that day and I snapped a photo of him and his friends. What a fun year of getting to know more and more about his heart for Jesus and for people. From late nights in Madison to blasting Maverick City albums to teaching me to swing dance to creating the perfect guacamole recipe... I love doing life with you 💛
