These lips are 3 days post-treatment. Swelling, bruising, tenderness, peeling, and even a little bleeding right after injections can be completely normal after lip filler.

Remember… a needle to the lips is still trauma to delicate tissue, so your body needs time to heal beautifully.

A few tips to help speed up healing and keep you comfortable:
• Stay hydrated 💧
• Apply ice gently the first 24 hours
• Sleep slightly elevated
• Avoid excessive salt & alcohol for a couple days
• Use a gentle lip balm or ointment to prevent dryness/peeling
• Avoid intense workouts for 24-48 hours
• A matte lipstick can actually help camouflage bruising while healing
