Baked a small batch of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies this snowy morning . Replaced flour with homemade dehydrated zucchini flour made from last summer’s leftover zucchini.

6 out of 10 is the rating. I was hoping the cinnamon and nutmeg would overpower the zucchini taste, but it wasn’t able to. Good enough to keep and eat, but not something I’d keep walking past and grabbing all the time.
