I am a mother of two babies and before my family and I moved into our new home I already had carpet cleaning and tile floor cleaning scheduled to be done from another company the day before we moved in. It was scheduled at 2. The person showed up and told us the house was too big for him to do all the carpet and tile cleaning in one day. I was devastated because the movers were coming the next day. I had to call around the last minute on a Saturday late afternoon and either no one would answer or they would tell me that it was too last minute. When I called First Choice Carpet Care, I was in tears explaining to the owner, Chris, what was going on. It was already almost 5 pm and he grabbed all his cleaning equipment and headed to my new home and deep cleaned all our carpets and tile flooring for us. He did such an immaculate job and stayed late at night to make sure it was super clean. I highly recommend this company because you will not only get amazing clean carpets and floors, but you'll also get great customer service from such a compassionate and caring person. Definitely 5 stars from our family!
