Ingredients
Gyoza Wrappers
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
potato or corn starch to prevent sticking
Gyoza filling
200 g ground chicken
100 g shredded Brussels sprouts
1 small onion chopped
1 spring onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 thumb size ginger peeled and chopped
1 TBSP cilantro chopped
2 TBSP soy sauce
2 TBSP cooking oil
Dipping sauce
2 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP sesame oil
Extras for decoration
