ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Maintain high customer satisfaction at all times, and make sure customers concerns/need are met the first time.
-Technician must be capable of communicating effectively and efficiently with customers, and parts department vendors.
-Inspect vehicles according to Maryland State’s requirements.
-Inspect, properly diagnose, and repair vehicles with mechanical/electrical problems. Technicians at Elation Auto Repair are “bumper to bumper” certified.
-Create work order repairs and estimates, and then execute repairs after receiving Customer’s approval.
-Effectively perform high quality repair services in accordance with factory standards.
-Keep proper documentation of all jobs performed, diagnostic reports and procedures, and parts used.
-Must meet productivity and efficiency goals. Perform jobs in a timely manner.
-Road test repaired vehicle to make sure vehicle is safe to be on the road, and work satisfaction is of high standards.
-Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
-Be well informed and comply with all federal, state & local regulations, such as HAZMAT, EPA rules.

QUALIFICATIONS

-ASE Certified
-Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Automotive Technician experience 3 Years +
-Strong Mechanical and Electrical diagnostic aptitude and willingness to advance knowledge base.
-Ability to operate all automotive repair tools and diagnostic equipment
-MUST have tools.
-Any Luxury vehicle Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Range Rover, Bentley, Audi etc. experience recommended.
-Professional appearance and work ethic required.
-Pre-employment testing: Background check and Drug Test required.
