Counselors In The Community Association (CITCA) is honored to partner with the Juvenile Justice Center for their Holiday Youth Giveaway on December 23 from 12:00PM-2:00PM, supporting Baltimore youth participating in the LINKS Program.

This partnership reflects our shared commitment to youth wellness, dignity, and community-centered care. While this is not a public event, we’re grateful to stand alongside partners uplifting youth during the holiday season.
