Think about some of the things or situations that may cause you to ✨react✨ (an immediate behavior triggered by an emotion) instead of ✨respond✨ (purposeful behavior or comment meant to help the situation).

Do you notice a pattern? Is it a certain time of day? Is it when you haven't had enough sleep? Is it a certain person? What might be triggering you to act based on emotion vs. respond in a calm, purposeful way?
