I was in a car for eight hours before this, but I’ve been making an effort to improve my improvisation on a daily basis and didn’t want to give up today. Once I get nice and loose, I like to improvise over a couple of chords like this. I try to avoid “noodling,” instead trying to come up with something that feels truly melodic and meaningful. I’m a lifelong noodler, so this is easier said than done for me!
