Beautiful strawberries from are in so we have a few new pastry. Strawberry maritozzi with mascarpone whip and a strawberry pistachio frangipane tart.

Two new spring pastries hitting the case today. Asparagus danish is herbed ricotta and pecorino. Spring tart is poached rhubarb, pistachio frangipane and whipped cream.
